Electronic service
The website provides free information about Aveniz and a contact form. Browsing starts when a page is opened and ends when it is left. Use of the form starts when you complete it and ends when the enquiry is sent or you leave without submitting it. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract for electrical work, accept a quotation, reserve a date or guarantee performance; scope, price and timing are agreed separately.
Requirements and acceptable use
Use requires an internet-connected device, current browser, JavaScript and — for contact — an active email address or telephone. Users may not send unlawful content, malicious code, spam or third-party data without a legal basis.
Service area
The operational base is Radom. Household services and business or industrial projects are carried out after location, scope and availability are confirmed. Work elsewhere in Poland or abroad also depends on local permits and qualifications, technical standards, entry and work rules, tax and insurance requirements. The site does not promise permanent availability in every location.
Quotations and contracts
Every service — including work in a house or apartment — requires separate agreement on the scope, materials and labour, total price or calculation method, additional and travel costs, timing, access to the site and acceptance arrangements. The individually accepted quotation or contract is binding.
Information before a consumer contract
The form does not conclude a contract for electrical work. Before a distance or off-premises consumer contract is concluded, Aveniz will clearly provide the required information, including provider identity and contact details, the service’s main characteristics, total price or calculation method and additional costs, payment and performance arrangements, complaint procedure, and applicable withdrawal information and form.
Distance contracts and withdrawal
Where the rules apply, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract. Starting the service during that period requires the consumer’s express request and the required acknowledgements; proportionate payment may be due if the consumer withdraws after work has begun. The right may be lost after full performance with prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Special rules apply to urgent repairs expressly requested by the consumer and do not automatically cover additional services or goods. Aveniz will provide the applicable notice and form on a durable medium before the consumer is bound. In Poland, the withdrawal period is 30 days for an off-premises contract concluded during an unsolicited visit to the consumer’s home or usual residence, or during an excursion, where the statutory rules apply.
Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
A complaint about the site, an enquiry or a completed service may be sent to contact@aveniz.eu or to ul. Partyzantów 3/5/7, lok. 3A/1, 26-600 Radom, Polska. Include contact details, quotation or job number if available, the issue and requested outcome. A consumer complaint will be answered within 14 days unless a specific rule provides otherwise, on paper or another durable medium. If the dispute remains unresolved, the consumer will receive the required information about the competent ADR entity and whether Aveniz agrees to participate.
Content, liability and law
Site content is informational and is not a design, safety instruction or professional site assessment. Access may be temporarily interrupted for technical reasons; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Content and branding are protected. Polish law applies, while mandatory protections of the consumer’s applicable law remain preserved.
